Location: Lagos Nigeria.

Reports To: Head of Operations / Managing Director

Job Summary

The Procurement/Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations within the Marine and Energy sectors. The role requires ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Management

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.

- Ensure the procurement of marine and energy-related equipment, spare parts, consumables, and services at competitive prices.

- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Supply Chain Management

- Plan, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities.

- Manage inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations while minimizing excess stock.

- Oversee logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.

- Monitor supply chain performance and address operational bottlenecks.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites and offshore/onshore locations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, with significant experience in the Marine and/or Energy sectors.

- Proven experience managing complex procurement contracts and supplier relationships.

- Strong knowledge of marine equipment, offshore operations, energy projects, logistics.
