VACANCY: Visual Merchandising Lead

Our client, a leading fashion retail and manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Lead to drive the visual presentation, styling, and merchandising strategy across its retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage visual merchandising and styling activities across all store locations.

- Develop and execute seasonal merchandising, styling, and window display concepts.

- Ensure consistent brand presentation and visual standards across stores.

- Manage fashion photoshoots, campaign styling, and creative content execution.

- Train store teams on product knowledge, styling techniques, and merchandising best practices.

- Research fashion trends and implement innovative visual merchandising ideas that drive customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6–7 years' experience in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Retail, Styling, or related roles.

- Strong knowledge of store layouts, display standards, fashion styling, and retail presentation.

- Proven experience leading photoshoots, campaigns, and merchandising projects.

- Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and organizational skills.
