VACANCY: *Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO (Male candidate preferred)*

Our client, a leading clothing manufacturing company, is seeking a highly strategic, proactive, and execution-driven Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Director/CEO.

This role is ideal for a business-minded professional who can drive strategic initiatives, manage executive priorities, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure the seamless execution of business goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Act as a strategic advisor and right hand to the MD/CEO.

- Coordinate and drive execution of key business initiatives and special projects.

- Manage executive schedules, priorities, stakeholder engagements, and follow-through on critical decisions.

- Prepare executive reports, presentations, board papers, and briefing documents.

- Track business performance, KPIs, and provide actionable insights.

- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across departments.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business due diligence.

- Represent the CEO in meetings and engagements when required.

*Requirements*

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, or similar role supporting senior executives.

- Experience within manufacturing, fashion, retail, or related industries is highly desirable.

- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
