Job Summary

Koolboks is hiring Sales Merchandisers to help put our products in front of customers and support sales across assigned locations. The role involves engaging people in the field, explaining the products, setting up displays, and staying on top of follow-ups until sales are completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce and sell Koolboks products within assigned areas

• Talk customers through how the products work and available payment options

• Follow up on interested customers and help move them toward purchase

• Make sure products are properly arranged and noticeable at sales points

• Maintain working relationships with customers and field partners

• Work within set sales expectations for your location

• Keep simple records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Share updates from the field, including customer feedback and competitor activity

• Take part in activations, roadshows, and promotional activities

• Handle other tasks connected to field sales when needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline

• At least 2 years experience in sales, merchandising or retail

• Comfortable speaking with customers and starting conversations easily

• Able to persuade without being pushy

• Can work alone and manage assigned locations

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is helpful
