Job Title : Quantity Surveyor

Location: Wuse, Abuja

Experience: 5-7 years

Job Description

1. Conducting feasibility studies and drafting bills of quantities to determine a projection of construction material, labour, and equipment costs.

 

2. Creating a detailed budget, including cash flow projections for each stage, for the project based on cost estimation, market fluctuation, and contract details.

 

3. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize the impact of risks on the project.

 

4. Identify opportunities for cost savings and improving value and implement value engineering solutions.

 

5. conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to the original plan.

6. Provide timely advice, facilitate invoicing and renegotiation with stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors, and help get the project back on track.

 

7. Regular site visit to ensure accurate measurable scopes of activities carried out on site.
