Our client, a leading strategy consulting and financial advisory firm, is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to drive business growth, manage client engagements, and oversee operational excellence.

*What You'll Do*

- Identify and secure new business opportunities.

- Build and manage strong client relationships.

- Lead consulting projects from initiation to delivery.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

- Improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

- Support team development and performance management.

*What We're Looking For*

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a consulting firm or professional services environment.

- Proven success in business development, project management, and client relationship management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
