This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and commercially minded finance leader to oversee financial operations, strengthen internal controls, drive profitability, and provide strategic insights that support business growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

As Financial Controller, you will:

- Prepare, review, and manage financial statements, income statements, and other key financial reports.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure effective monitoring, control, and reporting of budget performance.

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.

- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

- Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.

- Deliver timely and accurate management accounts to enable continuous performance monitoring.

- Drive efficient cash flow management, optimize working capital, and improve investment income opportunities.

- Implement processes that enhance revenue assurance and cost efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), company accounting policies, and all relevant regulatory requirements.

*Qualifications*

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting or a related discipline.

- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA is mandatory.

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior finance, accounting, or financial management role.

- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Experience within the healthcare sector will be a distinct advantage.
