Recruitment Of 2 Court Attendant To Report To Padel Coach, Jakande, Lekki - Lagos

Job Title- 2 Court Attendant 

Salary: 120,000-150,000 

Location: Jakande, Lekki - Lagos 

Work Mode: Full time( Mon-Sat ) 11am-9pm 

Reports to: Operation Supervisor/Padel Coach 

Role

1. Support the smooth daily operation of the padel court and recreational facilities.

2. Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

3. Ensure operational support aligns with Renova’s customer experience standards.

4. Assist in maintaining equipment and facility organization standards.

5. Promote professionalism and positive member interaction during daily operations.

6. Support coaches and operational staff during tournaments, classes, and events.

7. Ensure all operational concerns are reported promptly to management.

Recruitment: 

1. Minimum of OND 

2. Previous support staff or customer service experience is an advantage   

3. Experience working in sports, fitness, or recreational facilities
