Senior HR and Admin Manager (Telecom Energy Sector)

Location: Ikoyi Lagos 

6 Months contract (Can be converted based on performance)

Salary : 450k-550k net

Must be available for immediate resumption 

Brief on the company: a multinational renewable energy company, for its Nigerian subsidiary with activity in the telecom energy sector across Nigeria.

The HR manager will be responsible for:

1. Responsible for all company recriutment

2. Responsible for Payroll

3. All admin-related issues

4. Employee Relations and Life Cycle

5. Employee benefits such as: HMO, life insurance, health screening, shuttle to/from the office

6. Leave/absent/ presence report

Amongst others

Requirment

1. BSc / MBA/MSc in related field

2. Tech Savvy

3. Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in energy sector
