Manager needed URGENTLY to oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure excellent customer service, and create a welcoming and efficient work environment

*REQUIREMENTS*

Speaks very well

Goals and career oriented

Educated with strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skill.

 2yrs relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage

Proficient in POS systems, inventory tools.

 Office software (Excel/Google Sheets) 

Highly organized with the ability to create and implement efficient processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team management ability.

Proactive, reliable, and approachable with a warm personality toward staff and customers

 *RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure high service quality.

• Manage staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.

• Handle inventory and ordering using automated tools for stock tracking and cost management.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Address customer concerns and maintain excellent customer service.

• Monitor sales, performance, and staff efficiency using available digital tools.

• Assist in marketing efforts, including promotional activities and content creation
