Job Overview

As the General Manager, you will be the ultimate custodian of the hotel's brand, reputation, and operational excellence. You will oversee all facets of the property, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects uncompromising luxury, personalized service, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, annual budgets, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Guest Experience: Champion a culture of hyper-personalized, anticipatory service that exceeds the expectations of discerning global travelers.

Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of department heads and hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and staff retention.

Operational Excellence: Maintain flawless upkeep of the property, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, dining, and aesthetic appeal.

FINANCIAL ACUMEN: Oversee P&L management, forecasting, and capital expenditure projects, delivering strong ROI for stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a 5-star, ultra-luxury hotel or resort environment.

NATIONALITY: Nigerian.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Exceptional financial literacy with a proven ability to drive profitability and manage complex budgets.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Mobility is essential.

Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
