Role Summary

Lead the finance function, oversee financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and drive financial performance, governance, and long-term value creation for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall finance operations and financial planning

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

• Ensure strong financial governance and internal controls

• Support strategic decision-making with financial insights

• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and performance tracking

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Work closely with leadership on long-term financial strategy

• Improve financial systems and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Relevant professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an advantage

• Proven experience in senior finance or leadership role

• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and governance

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
