WE ARE HIRING – PADEL COACH 🎾

Renova Pilates & Padel is looking for an experienced and passionate Padel Coach to join our team in Jakande, Lekki, Lagos. 

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 200K-250k

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct individual and group padel coaching sessions.

2. Train members on padel techniques, gameplay, and court etiquette.

3. Ensure all sessions are conducted safely and professionally.

4. Support tournaments, matches, and recreational activities.

5. Assist members with equipment usage and game setup.

6. Maintain courts and equipment and report any issues promptly.

7. Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive customer experience.

8. Support member onboarding and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years' coaching experience

✅ Strong knowledge of padel techniques and gameplay

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ Relevant coaching certification required

✅ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
