Job Summary

We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Block Production Worker to support block production and batching plant operations. This entry-level role involves assisting with manual production tasks, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting daily plant operations under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out manual tasks such as moving materials, cleaning, stacking blocks, watering, and tidying aggregates

Assist in watering and maintaining the curing block yard

Help with receiving aggregates and keeping the stockyard organized

Keep block production areas clean and safe

Report safety hazards or machine problems immediately

Always wear protective gear (boots, gloves, helmet, mask, vest)

Attend safety briefings and training sessions

Be punctual, reliable, and present throughout shifts
