Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Salary: ₦1,000,000/month negotiable + performance bonus

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager with 8+ years’ experience to drive growth in Oil & Gas.

*Responsiblities;*

1. Winning EPCIC & Manpower Supply contracts with IOCs, NOCs & major contractors

2. Managing bids/NAPIMS submissions and client relationships end-to-end

3. Building strategic partnerships to expand capacity & capacity

4. Meeting KPIs and driving departmental revenue targets

*Requirements*

1. Strong network within IOCs, NOCs, NAPIMS, and key decision-makers

2. Proven track record closing high-value contracts in EPCIC/Manpower

3. MBA/BSc in Engineering, Business, or related field

4. Excellent negotiation + presentation skills
