About the Role

We're looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to help shape exceptional digital experiences across our mobile platform. You'll be responsible for researching user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, creating engaging user journeys, and collaborating closely with developers to bring designs to life. This is opportunity to join a promising start-up with long term goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing mobile app interfaces.

Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.

Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.

Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components.

Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders throughout the design process.

Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and analytics.

Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability best practices.

Essential Skills

* Proven experience designing mobile applications.

* Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.

* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centred design.

* Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

* Knowledge of responsive and accessible design standards.

* Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, colour, spacing, and layout.

* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and work collaboratively.
