We are looking for a highly ambitious Social Media Manager & Content Creator who understands how to create content that generates views, engagement, leads, and revenue.

YOUR PRIMARY MISSION

Grow our social media presence.

Generate leads.

Increase engagement.

Build authority.

Drive revenue.

Every piece of content should contribute to at least one of these objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies.

• Create, edit, and publish daily content across multiple platforms.

• Design and edit carousel posts.

• Convert carousel posts into engaging video content.

• Create short-form videos using CapCut and other editing tools.

• Repurpose long-form content into viral short-form content.

• Research trending topics, viral formats, and winning content strategies.

• Monitor competitors and identify content opportunities.

• Schedule and publish content at peak engagement times.

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X accounts.

• Reply to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

• Build engagement and nurture online communities.

• Track performance metrics and provide detailed reports.

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals.
