Location: Remote / Hybrid

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦500,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and track record)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a fast-growing study abroad startup seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company through its next phase of growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, leading operations, building high-performing teams, and expanding our international student recruitment footprint across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's growth strategy.

• Lead the management team and oversee day-to-day operations.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

• Build and optimize recruitment, marketing, sales, and partnership functions.

• Establish strategic partnerships with universities, institutions, and industry stakeholders.

• Develop systems and processes that support rapid scaling.

• Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing team members.

• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure company objectives are achieved.

• Represent the company in meetings with partners, universities, and investors.

• Lead the company toward achieving aggressive revenue and profit growth targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of senior management or executive leadership experience.

• Proven track record of scaling businesses and delivering measurable growth.

• Demonstrated ability to scale a company from approximately ₦10 million per month to ₦100 million per month in revenue, or equivalent growth achievements.

• Strong strategic planning, leadership, sales, and operational management skills.

• Aggressively goal-oriented with a relentless focus on results and execution.

• Comfortable being accountable for revenue, profit, and performance targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• First Class degree or equivalent academic distinction.

• Experience in international student recruitment, higher education, admissions, or study abroad services.

• Experience building, scaling, or bootstrapping startups from an early stage.

• Existing network within the international education sector.

• Experience working across African, European, or international education markets.
