Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

Performance Bonus: In addition to the base salary, editors will receive performance bonuses for high-performing videos. No cap on bonuses. The more views you generate, the more you earn.

Our client, a content creator based in Europe, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging, high-retention content across multiple social media platforms and can consistently deliver high-quality edits that drive views, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

• Edit long-form YouTube and social media content.

• Create engaging edits that maximize viewer retention and watch time.

• Edit talking-head videos with strong pacing, captions, transitions, and visual enhancements.

• Edit Meta Glasses (first-person perspective) content.

• Blur faces and sensitive information when required.

• Work with content in foreign languages (language proficiency is not required).

• Collaborate with the content creator to achieve content and growth objectives.

• Deliver projects within agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating viral or high-performing social media content.

• Strong understanding of content trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Knowledge of Capcut.

• Ability to edit both short-form and long-form content professionally.

• Strong attention to detail and storytelling skills.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO.

• Experience working with multilingual content.

• Knowledge on designing Thumbnails

• Knowledge on scripting, directing, shooting.

• Understanding of analytics, audience retention, and content performance.
