Hiring: THUMBNAIL DESIGNER

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦300,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Performance Bonus: Up to ₦500,000+ per month based on results.

We are a fast-growing content and education company seeking a highly creative Thumbnail Designer who understands how to create thumbnails that drive clicks, increase CTR, and help videos perform at the highest level.

The ideal candidate understands viewer psychology, storytelling, curiosity gaps, and visual marketing. We are not looking for someone who simply creates attractive designs—we are looking for someone who creates thumbnails that get clicked.

Responsibilities:

* Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails.

* Create thumbnails for both long-form and short-form content.

* Work closely with the content and marketing teams to improve click-through rates.

* Research competitors and industry trends.

* Test and optimize thumbnail concepts.

* Deliver thumbnails within agreed deadlines.

* Maintain brand consistency while maximizing performance.

Requirements:

* Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails.

* Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing thumbnail designs.

* Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.

* Strong understanding of CTR, viewer psychology, and visual storytelling.

* Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to create multiple thumbnail concepts when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with YouTube creators, media companies, or content brands.

* Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.

* Understanding of YouTube analytics and thumbnail performance metrics.

* Background in graphic design, digital marketing, or content creation.

Performance Expectations:

* Design thumbnails that improve click-through rates and overall video performance.

* Consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.
