Job Role: Site Engineer

Location: Lagos

Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly (Net) negotiable 

CMB Building Maintenance & Investment Co. Ltd. is currently looking for a qualified and passionate Site Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.

Ensure all works are executed in line with technical specifications and safety standards.

Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and material deliveries to ensure timely execution.

Maintain accurate site documentation and report progress to the engineering lead.

Conduct routine site inspections and enforce health & safety regulations.

Liaise with internal departments and attend site coordination meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a site engineering role.

Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must be available to resume immediately.
