Job Title: Senior Associate – Corporate/Commercial Law

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Lawyers with 8 to 10 years post-call experience for an exciting opportunity within our firm.

Key Requirements:

8–10 years post-Bar qualification.

Strong background in Corporate and Commercial Law, with hands-on experience in transactional matters.

Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.

Excellent analytical, advisory, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
