Plan and conduct regular audits across all Toasties outlets and departments (e.g., finance, procurement, inventory, POS usage).

Assess and test internal controls, operational procedures, and compliance with company policies.

Investigate variances, stock discrepancies, revenue leakages, or irregular transactions.

Review financial and operational records, including cash handling, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and expense claims.
