Oversee and supervise all drilling fluid operations across multiple rigs, ensuring high-quality performance and regulatory compliance.
Develop and manage complex fluid systems for high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) and deviated wells.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in mud engineering with expertise in OBM/SBM systems and deep well environments; strong communication and team leadership skills required.
