We’re a growing company in real estate, construction, housing, and metal fabrication seeking a confident, camera-ready Presenter to represent us across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Present properties on camera (indoor & outdoor)

• Deliver scripted/unscripted content for Instagram, TikTok & YouTube

• Engage viewers with relatable, on-brand delivery

• Collaborate on trend-driven content

• Must be able to Create and run targeted social media ads to boost content reach

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in presenting, acting, or content creation

• Fluent in English, confident on camera

• Strong presence, expressive and relatable style

• Comfortable with outdoor real estate shoots

• Must be able to create and manage ad campaigns across social platforms
