Salary: 350,000 monthly

Recruitment & Talent Management

•Create, edit, and close job roles as required.

•Lead recruitment and successfully hire within 2 weeks per vacancy.

•Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and staff induction.

✅ Policy & Compliance

•Draft, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks.

•Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal protocols.

✅ Performance Management

•Monitor employee performance and attendance daily.

•Organize appraisals, KPIs, and staff evaluations.

✅ Workplace Culture & Relations

•Handle staff concerns and conflict resolution proactively.

•Plan and execute staff welfare initiatives, team-building, and training.

✅ HR Operations

•Maintain accurate records: contracts, leave schedules, payroll support, disciplinary actions.

•Provide timely HR reports and insights to management.
