Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in diverse food industry sectors.

Expertise in Culinary Arts with a focus on Continental Cuisine.

Strong background in menu planning, kitchen operations, and food costing.

Proven ability to train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
