The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with company’s goals. This role requires prior experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of agent management, commission-based employment structures, and real estate HR best practices.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the real estate sector.

- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention of real estate agents and administrative staff.

- Oversee agent performance management, commission structures, and compliance with labor laws.

- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns while fostering a positive work environment.

- Ensure compliance with real estate employment regulations and industry best practices.

- Develop training and development programs to enhance agent and employee performance.

- Administer payroll, benefits, and performance review systems specific to the real estate workforce.

- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational culture and employee engagement.

*Qualifications & Skills*

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience 

- ⁠Certification in HR 

- Strong understanding of real estate employment models, agent management, and commission structures.

- Proven ability to recruit and retain top talent in a sales-driven environment.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Experience with HR software, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
