Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in the flexible & corrugated packaging sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the packaging industry, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other professional certificates will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the flexible packaging industry.

Energetic, goal-getter, and target-oriented person

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

In-depth understanding of the flexible packaging market, including trends, technologies, and key players.

Familiarity with packaging materials, processes, and applications.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and financial metrics to make informed decisions and strategies.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Prompt Payments tracking as per the agreed schedule.

Skilled in the reconciliation of accounts to maintain accuracy and financial transparency.

Ensure a rock-solid credit control system.
