Hiring: Internal Services Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Salary Range: NGN300,000

Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to manage internal services and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic sports environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to coordinate multiple support functions effectively. Experience in a sports organization is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee office operations, facility maintenance, and utilities

• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships

• Supervise support staff (drivers, cleaners, etc.)

• Coordinate transport logistics and fleet activities

• Monitor inventory and maintain asset records

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

• Track internal services budgets and implement cost-saving measures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in internal services or operations

• Strong leadership and coordination skills
