Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning Officer.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 monthly

*Job Objective:*

The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer will enhance their impact measurement and learning efforts, ensuring their programs are evidence driven, responsive to context, and aligned with their mission, as well as play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across organizational programs.

*Required Qualifications & Skills*

Candidates must be based in Lagos.

3–5 years of progressive experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning roles within nonprofit, development, or tech-for-good organizations, preferably in youth, gender, education, or digital skills programs.

Proven experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks, logic models, and Theories of Change for multi-stakeholder programs.

Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies and tools, with strong experience in both qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in data analysis software such as Google Sheets/Excel, and statistical or visualization tools (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R, Power BI) , Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with digital platforms for field data collection and tracking (e.g., KoboToolbox, CommCare, Airtable).

Alignment with organization’s mission, vision, and values, with a passion for gender equity and inclusion in tech.
