Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Min. 5 years of proven experience in site supervision or construction project coordination

Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
