Location: Lekki, Lagos

Salary: ₦200,000 monthly

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years proven experience in recruitment for Oil & Gas or FMCG companies.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has a strong track record of sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, specifically within the Oil & Gas or FMCG industries. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, resourceful, and capable of managing the full recruitment cycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding

Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels

Conduct interviews and assessments in line with role requirements

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future needs

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws

Requirements:

Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or FMCG sectors

Strong interviewing, networking, and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
