Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer located in Lagos.

The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and handling office administration tasks.

Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls, maintaining office equipment, and performing general administrative support.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and staff members

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and interaction

Experience in Receptionist Duties such as managing phone calls and greeting visitors

Customer Service skills to provide a positive client experience

Proficiency with Office Equipment such as printers, fax machines, and copiers

Office Administration skills including scheduling, filing, and general administrative support

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory

Proximity to location is highly considered.
