Job Summary

As the GM, Strategy & Business Transformation, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, driving operational improvements, and ensuring alignment between long-term goals and daily operations. You will lead transformation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the organization’s strategic direction and transformation agenda

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Monitor performance and ensure delivery of transformation objectives

• Provide high-level, data-driven reports and insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or a related field

• A master’s degree or an MBA is required

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in strategy, business transformation, or management consulting, with at least 5 years in senior leadership

• Strong experience leading large-scale change and managing complex projects

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills

• Experience working in an EPC or oil & gas company is an added advantage

• NGN 35,000,000 – 40,000,000 Annual Gross
