Role Overview

We seek an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the power generation, distribution, and IPP market. The role involves business development, client management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth.

- ⁠Identify and convert new business opportunities.

- ⁠Manage and expand client relationships.

- ⁠Prepare proposals, presentations, and bids.

- ⁠Negotiate and close deals.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- ⁠3+ years’ sales experience in power generation, distribution, or IPP.

- ⁠Strong industry network and proven deal-closing skills.

- ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
