About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic HR Executive — not just a doer, but a builder. You’ll help shape our company’s HR structure from scratch, drive compliance, and establish a high-performance, people-centric work environment.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design and implement HR systems, SOPs, and documentation tailored to hospitality operations

🔹 Lead recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning

🔹 Develop performance management frameworks and HR dashboards

🔹 Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor law and industry standards

🔹 Champion culture, employee engagement, and transparent communication

🔹 Partner with Finance/Ops on HR budgeting, payroll, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

✅ Bachelor’s in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Admin, or related field

✅ 3–5 years’ solid HR experience in the hospitality industry

✅ Strong knowledge of HR operations, policy development & labor law

✅ High emotional intelligence and adaptability
