Job Description

We are seeking two proactive and experienced Supervisors to help lead daily restaurant operations.
The ideal candidates will oversee both front- and back-of-house activities, support staff performance, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve issues promptly
Train, guide, and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and policy adherence
Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers as needed
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Coordinate shift schedules and delegate responsibilities effectively
Assist with cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation
Contribute to marketing and promotional activities
Report directly to the restaurant manager or owner.

Requirements

OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
3 – 4 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Sound understanding of restaurant operations and safety procedures
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Neat, professional appearance and demeanor
Must reside in Abuja, preferably in or near Lokogoma.
