Job Position: Human Resource Associate

Location 📍: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Remuneration: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 (Net Monthly)

Assets Microfinance Bank is looking for a Human Resource Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong experience in HR management within the banking, fintech, or HR consulting sector.

✅ Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field

* 3–5 years of proven HR experience

* Preferably female candidate

* Proficiency in HRIS platforms (added advantage)

* Strong knowledge of HR best practices & Nigerian labour laws
