Role Title: Junior HRBP (Based in Lagos)

Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for a qualified Junior HR Business Partner to work closely with the Head HR to oversee all UK human resources operations and ensure they align with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes

• Ensure the maintenance of up-to-date employees records

• Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and objectives

• Work closely with Head HR to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

• Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems for all employees.

• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

• Provide periodic HR reports to the Head HR and the UK Director

• Identify employee training needs and implement a training calendar

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

• Assist in providing daily HR guidance, analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

• Assist with compensation and benefit processes.
