📍 Location: Ikwere, Bayelsa

💰 Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 (Net)

📅 Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer-facing roles

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

 • Own and grow key customer accounts

 • Lead and support field customer teams (ACMs & Reps)

 • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention

 • Resolve issues swiftly and track KPIs effectively

 • Build customer loyalty and long-term relationships

✅ Requirements:

 • 3+ years in customer or account management roles

 • Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills

 • Experience in FMCG or e-commerce is a strong advantage

 • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ikwere, Bayelsa
