Job Title: Relationship Manager – Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) 

Grade : ABO – SM

Location: Nationwide, Nigeria.

Job Summary:

We are hiring for our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) units. The ideal candidates must demonstrate deep understanding of the FMCG ecosystem, supply chains, and retail distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in The FMCG.

• Originate and structure new credit and non-credit products, ensuring profitability and risk alignment.

• Drive cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with other internal business units.

• Monitor industry trends, risks, and opportunities to advise clients and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare high-quality credit proposals and manage the credit approval process.

• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate banking, with specific exposure to The FMCG

• Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market trends.

Salary – According to Banking grade
