Job Title: Relationship Manager – Fintech & Telecoms

Grade : ABO – SM

Location: Nationwide, Nigeria.

Job Summary:

Join our Fintech & Telecoms division to manage key accounts in Nigeria’s rapidly evolving digital financial services and telecommunications space. This role requires prior exposure to the Fintech or Tech ecosystem, with ability to underwrite unique risk models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in The Fintech & Telecoms

• Originate and structure new credit and non-credit products, ensuring profitability and risk alignment.

• Drive cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with other internal business units.

• Monitor industry trends, risks, and opportunities to advise clients and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare high-quality credit proposals and manage the credit approval process.

• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

• Strong understanding of digital business models, API banking, and startup capital structures.

• Experience structuring credit facilities for technology companies or telecom service providers.

• Preferably experience at SBE to Manager level.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate banking, with specific exposure to The Fintech & Telecoms

• Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market trends.

Salary – According to Banking grade
