Job Title: Relationship Manager – Private Banking

Grade : ABO – SM

Location: Nationwide, Nigeria.

Job Summary:

This role focuses on managing high-net-worth individual (HNWI) relationships. The ideal candidate will provide personalized wealth management, investment advisory, and private banking services tailored to clients' financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients 

• Originate and structure new credit and non-credit products, ensuring profitability and risk alignment.

• Drive cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with other internal business units.

• Monitor industry trends, risks, and opportunities to advise clients and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare high-quality credit proposals and manage the credit approval process.

• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate banking, with specific exposure to Private Individuals

• Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market trends.

Salary – According to Banking grade
