Responsibilities

♦️Ability to create structured, respectful environments while balancing discipline and engagement.

♦️Clear articulation for young learners + active listening to address concerns (e.g., language barriers in multilingual Nigerian classrooms).

♦️Adjust teaching methods for diverse learning paces, cultural backgrounds, and resource limitations.

♦️Design interactive, low-cost lessons (e.g., using local materials) to make abstract concepts relatable.

♦️Navigate behavioral challenges and support children with varying emotional/socioeconomic needs.

♦️Track progress through quizzes, observations, and feedback, aligning with Nigeria’s Universal Basic Education (UBE) goals.

♦️Basic digital literacy for tools like interactive apps or government e-learning platforms (e.g., NERDC resources).

Qualifications

♦️Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree, HND, BEd, PGDE qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.

Salary

N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.
