Job description

 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top sales and executive talent.

 Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.

 Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

 Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.

 Act as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

 Manage the full lifecycle of executive search assignments, from initial client briefing to candidate placement.

 Specialize in recruiting high-performing sales professionals across various industries.

 Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top sales talent.

 Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

 Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes

 Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in sales positions.

 Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and its recruitment needs.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
