Job Title: Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

♦️Oversee daily operations of the supermarket/Pharmacy including opening and closing procedures.

♦️Manage and supervise supermarket staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

♦️Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.

♦️Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

♦️Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability, including merchandising and promotional activities.

Requirements

♦️HND/B.Sc in any related field of study

♦️1-3years experience in a supervisory role in a supermarket or retail environment.

♦️Strong leadership and management skills.

♦️Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

♦️Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

♦️Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.

♦️Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.

Salary

#90,000- #100,000
