We’re hiring: Business Development & Credit Compliance Officer

📍 Location: Diamond Estate, Alimosho, Lagos

💼 Salary: NGN 170,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on invoices and ensure timely payments

Track outstanding debts and drive recovery efforts

Onboard new banks to support contract execution

Maintain accurate records of financial partners and transactions

Engage partner finance teams to ensure compliance with payment terms

Identify and onboard investors to support business growth

Build and manage relationships with financial institutions

Provide periodic reports on collections, partnerships, and compliance

Requirements:

✔️ 1–3 years experience in business development, credit, or finance roles

✔️ Strong communication and follow-up skills

✔️ Good knowledge of invoicing, record keeping, and stakeholder engagement

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
