Job Title: Chief Operating Officer(COO)

Job Type: Hybrid 

Remuneration: 500,000NGN + HMO + Pension 

Core Requirements:

•Minimum of 5 years experience in senior operational leadership roles within banking, FinTech, or regulated financial entities.

•Masters in Business Administration (MBA) 

•Capability to lead multi-disciplinary team across FinTech operations and technology; ability to drive operational efficiency and excellence, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

•Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make sound decisions independently.

•Deep understanding of various business functions, including HR, finance, marketing, and sales. 

•Awareness of technology and software development, delivery, project management discipline.

•Detail-oriented, commitment to excellence, and the ability to handle complex situations with dexterity. 

•Experience in having the responsibility for mitigating risk and meeting all compliance & legal requirements.

•Must not be older than 40 years by 31st December, 2025.
