*Job Summary:*

The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers, promoting pension products, facilitating account openings, and deepening client relationships within assigned territories. The role demands high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive financial services environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Execute strategic field sales campaigns to drive uptake of pension products and related financial services.

- ⁠Facilitate new account openings while ensuring compliance with KYC, regulatory, and internal documentation standards.

- ⁠Conduct targeted prospecting, lead generation, and conversion in assigned markets.

- ⁠Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using the bank’s reporting systems.

- ⁠Deliver exceptional client service to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referral generation.

*Minimum Requirements:*

- OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

- ⁠1–3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably within banking, pensions, insurance, or other financial products.

- ⁠Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- ⁠Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

- ⁠Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
